Dear Experts,
I have an 2500 WLC, which some how got hung and is not responding. Recently I have upgraded the code on it to 8.0.100.0 followed by FUS upgrade to the latest available one: 1.9.
It was all fine for a week, however suddenly I see:
1)WLC as hung with no response from console
2)LEDs viz: SYS & ALM consistently shown as amber.
Troubleshooting steps tried:
1)Hard rebooting the units few a times.
2)Changed the power inlets.
3)Hard reset.
Also the server room temperature is kept well under prescribed temperatures.
From doc, it is not pretty sure what exactly the combination of ALM & SYS as amber means.
Please share if someone has faced the similar issues and the probable solution.

LED description:
SYS
System LED
The system LED determines if the system is powered up.
LED description:
•Blinking Amber—Boot-loader is active and waiting for user input from the system console.
•Blinking Green—Boot-loader or booting.
•Green—Normal System Operation.
•Amber—System failed the bootup process or an error caused the system to halt. A status or error message is posted on the console screen.
•Off—System not receiving power.
ALM
Alarm LED
The alarm LED determines a status or error occurred. The status or error is posted on the console screen.
LED description:
•Blinking Green—Controller image upgrading.
•Amber—Controller status activity, such as firmware upgrade.
•Blinking Amber—Controller error. For example, a temperature error exists.
