Q - Is it possible to have 100 Mbs on wireless? I do not believe it, but would like to check with you all before I sign up a contract for.

Sound like you are planning a wireless backhaul ? Yes other vendors provide special frequencies and equipment that can allow up to GIG speeds actually ..

100Mbps...as in?  if you are talking 802.11n/ac yes it is possible.

Let me further add. Make sure you can have them prove it as well. I've met some shady backhaul company's in the past ..
