regarding priority in HA in wlc C9800

We are going to configure HA. But based on document, it states the higher the chassis Priority is, the chassis will be active one, and other will be standby. I want to make sure the digit value is higher, this one’s priority is higher? Is this right? Thanks

You can only set 1 or 2 as WLC's support only 2 devices in HA, so if u set the chassis priority 2 it will become the active, but keep in mind there is no preemption support in WLC's. So if your standby controller becomes active it will be the active controller till another failover.
