Resetting 350 Bridge to Default settings ???

We got two new sites connected using 350 bridges. It is giving us problems with configuration not being saved. For e.g whenever we off encryption on both sites it will work ok for sometime and after that it will get disconnected. When we check the configuration, encryption is enable. I dont know how it does that.

Is there a way to reset the configuration to default settings then start all over again.

Hi there,

Unplug the cable and then plug it back in. When the unit is up (attach to the console to see when that happens) and you get the prompt type in "resetall". You have 2 mins from the moment when you power up the unit to do that. That will default the unit to the factory default.
