We have an AP1131 access point which was installed by a previous technician. He left, without leaving the password details!
So I performed a Factory Reset, using the Mode button, as per the manual.
The unit then re-initialises, the Ethernet light goes green but the Radio light doesn't come on.
What do I need to do?

Hi Arian,
Since you reset to factory defaults there may not any configuration on it. So without SSID configuration radio interface may not come up.
You have to console in to this to configure it using CLI. Otherwise you can try to access it via GUI using the default IP address (credential should be Cisco/Cisco)

You would have to reconfigure the AP using the default IP Address or console into the AP.
