7920 can receive a ring.but when I pick it up,It dropped.what is the problem?

What ap platform are you using?
If using earlier controller code pre-4.0.217.0, then need to set the 802.1p tag to 7 vs 6 for platinum qos profile.
Also ensure arpunicast is disabled.
Recommend 4.0.217.0 or later on controller and 3.02 for the 7920.
