We recently upgraded our WiSM2 controllers to 8.2.130.0
Since then I have been getting errors telling me that the "AP is being contained. This is due to rogue device spoofing..."
Every one of these errors so far checks out to a Cisco 3600 with an RM3000 module.
Coincidence? Or a bug of some sort?
Help appreciated!
Mal.

There are open bugs with the RM300. Take a look at the bug tool with "AP is being contained". There is still no fix either.

I can't find this "bug tool" of which you speak.
Would you happen to know if this bug actually shuts down the interface?
Is this bug affecting the performance of the LAP?
Should I disable the RM3000?
Thanks for any help!
Mal.

Thanks!
