Hi,

I am ruuning WiSM 4.2 and all APs are running with RRM. What I find is that sonme APs go as low as power 7 when in fact they should go to a min of 4 (the power setting I used for my site survey).

Is there a way (gui or cli) to force RRM to a "minimum output power" that could be set to 4 for example to avoid having the APs go down as low as 6 or 7?

I also want to avoid disabling RRM for abvious reasons.

Your help is greatly appreciated

Cheers

If you don't want to loose RRM functionality leave dynamic channel and power assignment enabled statically configure specific access point radios with a power setting. Refer following URL for configuring it. http://cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/controller/4.1/configuration/guide/c41rrm.html#wp1098949
