RV260W Mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, and Android) cannot connect Wi-Fi

I have a RV260W with FW: 1.0.01.08, We have about 5 X MS Windows Laptops and 7 X iPhones. about 6 month ago, We update FW, then All of iPhones are not able to connect Wi-Fi, just circling the icons. All Laptops are connected. I check DHCP setting, I have plenty IP Available. I create different SSID, but cannot connect. I even setup the static IP for one of the iPhone, not working. I notice I cannot access RV260W via LAN IP and Connected Devices and DHCP Bindings are fewer than what I actual have devices. I would not prefer downgrade the FW.

 - Check logs on the RV when these particular clients are trying to connect.

Hi Marce1000, I look at the log files, but I do not see anything suspicious events.  I will try again next week.

Did you read the release notes carefully?

Have you tried doing a factory default reset on the config and then configuring from new?
If you've tried all those things without any luck then you'll need to contact Cisco support or rollback to the previous version.  If you must downgrade then you should definitely read the release notes as there are incompatibilities with earlier versions.

Rrudling, I agree with start fresh. My only issue is the device is at remote location. Once I reset the unit, I have to find someone knowledgeable for about IP. But I will find the person and get help. Thank you.
