same or diffrent VLANs

i have 9 AP's AP1850-K9-C, in 7 Ap image version is AIR-AP1850-K9-8-5-131-0 and in rest 2 AP's have AIR-AP1850-K9-8-5-135-0. now my questions is this can i use all 9 ap's in same VLAN or i have to use two different VLAN for this?

If you don't want to upgrade the software, you can't use them in the same Mobility Express (ME) network, meaning you have to use two VLANs and have to twice configure them. Roaming will then also not work correctly.
I suggest you upgrade the software on all of them to 8.5.140.0 and create one ME network.
