Hello we recently rolled out these new APs at my company. Our APs are configured with an INTERNAL ssid, for internal network and a GUEST ssid for guest internet.
We received reports that users trying to connect to the INTERNAL ssid with Samsung phones get stuck at "connecting". iPhone users have no problem. Both types of phone work fine on the GUEST ssid. Also, all the phones trying to connect to the INTERNAL ssid are company owned.
Any suggestions?
