We currently have the Aironet AP350 but coverage drops off at one end of the office. I would like to add another wireless access point to allow users to move throughout the office without loosing connectivity.
Can I install another AP350 and configure it to work in tandem with the existing AP 350? Ideally the user would log on and regardless of the transmitter they would remain connected no matter where they go in the building.

yes simply configure the 2 AP's on 2 non overlapping channels, adjust the transmit power so you have a small overlap in coverage area.
As they will be in the one LAN from a lay 3 perspective there is no change in the connection from one AP to the next.
From a layer 2 perspective it depends on the brand of client card and what authentication methods are used as to how seemless the roaming occurs. Not a big problem as the upper layers will take care of any small gliches while roaming
