Securing Mobile Cellular Devices

Does anyone here use their wifi enabled cell phones on the enterprise network? I am pondering over how to secure these devices as we use PEAP to secure our laptops over wireless. I do not think this would be a good option for the cellular devices but I am a little concerned about using WPA2 PSK to secure them as well. All it takes is someone to root a lost mobile device and gain access to the PSK. Any thoughts?

depending on the smart phone, you can do PEAP with it.  instructions on how to implement the client certificate are going to vary device to device though.  for example I had an i760, that I had to do a registry hack on, so that I didn't need a certificate, because it would never implement it properly.

HTH,
Steve
