If have cisco 350 AP's with IOS upgraded features. IF i want to implement the security features except WEP in a mix users environment like centino laptops. It is a office environment.

Do you have 350 bridges or AP 350? 350 bridges do not support IOS. Only AP 350 supports IOS.

I have Cisco 350 Access points with IOS upgrded. Do i need external / enternal ACS necessary for Peap configrutation.

You definitely need an external radius server. (ACS is only one of the radius servers in the market) For your information, local radius server on Cisco APs only support LEAP and EAP-FAST (EAP-FAST support in added in 12.3(2)JA).
