Sequence of Managed Access Points Software Upgrade from WLC

Hi everyone!

I was just curious, I managed to control and monitor 50-60 AP using the 9800-L-F, now I want to upgrade my WLC Firmware and I am aware that it will cascade the version to the AP and the access points will reboot. 

What I am curious is, is there a sequence or is there a way to like cascade the firmware only on AP1-AP5, then AP6-AP10, so on.

Is there a redundant controller or is there only one controller? 

Is this site a 24x7 site?

If there are two controllers, then do Hitless Upgrade.

Just an FYI, we've done 8 (out of 8 attempts) successful WLC firmware upgrade using Hitless Upgrade to a 24x7 health campus.  The upgrade occurred in the middle of a working day and finished without anyone complaining. 

Hitless Upgrade is something Cisco does not like to promote or tell anyone.
