It can be tricky to configure an AP via CLI, because when you configure it via web interface a lot of CLI commands are removed and added, which you clearly need to understand how the same works in CLI mode...
Like the default username, password, default SSID - tsunami, bridge-group configurations under Dot11radio0 interface etc does not get removed if you configure via CLI. You have to manually remove them using no form of the command. What I usually do when I have say 20 APs to configure is, configure one AP with the required configuration via WEB interface and then take the running-config text file, and add some "no" commands to remove default username/password/SSID etc and cut and paste the new template to the rest of the APs (Ofcourse IPaddresses, channels, default-gateway etc..)
Also remember that channel 1 is 2412, 6 is 2437 and 11 is 2462..will be very handy while configuring via CLI...
