show client ccx rm <mac> status

Hi there,

I have a WLC 2504 v7.4, AP1602, and a client with CCX v5.

In the WLC, I already enable the CCX Location Measurement from GUI... WIRELESS > 802.11b/g/n > Network

In the WLC, I can see my laptop as a "client" and it shows that my laptop is CCXv5

In the WLC, in the Clients > Detail page, I click the button "Send CCX Req"... wait..then click "Display" wait..wait.. nothing happens.

I then go to the WLC command line, and issue command.... (note that 08:3e:8e:32:19:09 is my laptop wireless adapter MAC)

>show client ccx rm 08:3e:8e:32:19:09 status

Client not in the unicast rm list

What is the "unicast rm list" and how do I put my laptop into the WLC rm list?

For your information, 2 CCX enabled clients per AP are supported at max. When you issued show client ccx rm status, it revealed , that particular client has not received any unicast request from AP. For more info refer below

Hi, thanks Scott and Saurav... yes, I have enable the RM. I have followed the docs in your link.. however, seem like the AP still does not send out any unicast request..

note: in Step3 in the document, it guide to issue command >config client location-calibration {enable | disable} client _mac interval_seconds but my WLC_2504 does not support this command.
