Show power status - 9800-40

Anyone know how to view the power supply status? I got notified by NOC that PSU0 failed but I can only check inventory status on controller. You used to be able to determine power supply status right on the front page in AireOS.

Show platform is the command. Wish this was still in the GUI.

sh environment all in CLI

This doesn't give me a status whether it is failed or not. Just voltage readings.

How was this message received and or which notification-protocol was used by the controller -> show the exact message too. Perhaps show tech can provide more info's (not sure).

-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

just that Chassis 1 Power Supply Module 0 - failed

via SNMP

I'll just submit a TAC. Hard to believe there's no easy status to check on these hot swappable components.

Try:

show log

show env summ (min/major alarms in last column)

show facility-alarm status

agreed it's weird that they've removed the PSU status from the show env output!
