I am trying to find if our new installation between Cisco 130 Bridges is good or not . Not able to find any documentation to read parameters . Can someone help?

I think is all depends on what traffic you are trying to send accross. -86dbm isn't usually that great of a singnal to many. If you take a look at:
Current Rate : 6.0 Capability : WMM ShortHdr ShortSlot
You can see your data rate is at 6.0 mbps.

There are a couple of things. Channel selection might help if there is interference on your current link. You can verify that the alignment is as good as it gets or you can go with an external antenna with a higher gain if the 1300 allows you to have external antennas.
