Slow response from CiscoACS

Hi,

I've a mac-address authentication configuration with a Cisco ACS Server.

Users are telling that sometimes the authentication is completed withing 3 or 4 seconds, but some others in 20 seconds.

How can I measure the time which CiscoACS takes to answer? from the moment he receives the request until the acknowledge?

There is no wa to automate it . Manual intervention is the onl way
