Hi

Try to disable HTTPS Redirection and WebAuth SecureWeb 1. This require WLC to be rebooted.

Flavio is correct - this is documented in https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvf74866 fixed in 8.7.102.0 and later code.
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless-mobility/wireless-lan-wlan/118826-config-https-webauth-00.html warns "note that there might be a slight reduction in the throughput when redirection over HTTPS is used."
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless-mobility/wlan-security/115951-web-auth-wlc-guide-00.html#anc6 says "Be aware that this is resource consuming for the WLC in case many HTTPS requests are sent. It is advised not to use this feature before WLC version 8.7 where the scalability of this feature was enhanced." Below that there is a table of expected redirect scaling.
From our experience this can cause incomplete loading of WLC GUI web pages, and gets even worse if there is any packet loss or increased round trip time between browser and WLC.
