Slow wireless MacBook

I wonder if anyone has got a similar problem. I have a user who uses MacBook AIR presenting slowness in wireless.
Wireless environment is formed by a controller 5508 and AP 1030N and 1131 AG.
Anyone have any suggestions?

What have you done to troubleshoot?  Some things to make sure of with Apple... only use WPA/TKIP or WPA2/AES and not a mix of both.  Don't enable client load balancing on the WLAN.  Test with an open ssid and see if the issue is present or not.  This will give you an idea if its a configuration issue on the WLAN or not.

Hi Fabricio,

please define slowness. if you are using 1131, they are non 11n/ac hence you cant expect a whole lot of data rate out of it.
