snmp config with community name in wlc

                   Hi,

I am having wlc 2504 with S/w version

Software Version

7.2.111.3

I want to add community name uner "snmp v1/v2c"

My requirement is : my community name will be the same but Ip/subnet will have 3 range & which I need to put

But I am only able to put one

Pls share workaround & also suggest any S/w upgrade is require for the same or not

I have to use snmp v2c option as our nms is only supporting v2c.

You can enter ONE ip subnet when configuring this. Therefore you have to choose the summary address to cover all of your NMS systems. If you cannot summarize this easily then you have to use default 0.0.0.0 to cover everything.

CLI sysntax is like below.

(WLC) >config snmp community ipaddr

It will look like this

(WLC) >config snmp community ipaddr 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

Anyway let us know three NMS range to see how cat it be summarized.
