SNMP ERRORS

Have a 1200 running latest IOS. Device works fine, but seeing this messsage lately.

%IP_SNMP-3-SOCKET: can't open UDP socket

Any ideas on what is causing this? Thanks

I have the same problem on a 1121 wifi paserelle, I have configure an IP address on the sub interface F0.69, but nome on the BVI1, because we want the passerelle to be manage on the VLAN 69.

Are we oblige to use the BVI1?

we have other wifi passerelle 1200 serial and it works fine, without error.

Did you get any answers as to whether snmp could work without a bvi1 ip address?
