If you want the WiFi to work from day 1, then get a WiFi site survey done properly by a professional.

@eng_adel273 no one device in the market should be able to support such amount of devices conneccted to the same radio interface, this is only marketing.
It all depend on capacity so when all users are connected to the Wi-Fi performace will drop dramatically, unless you have a good design done by professionals. As @Leo Laohoo advised, performing a Wi-Fi site survey will provide load balance through the use of multiple APs on different channels staggered along the area, plus redundancy.

Considering this 500 users will on the same place, considering you already did the RF planning with, at least, a predictive Site Survey,
then you can start think of Divices.
You can use two Cisco Catalyst 9800-40 and about 35 Cisco Catalyst 9100. If you are building this in one floor, I recommed you to use external antennas.
For Biuld with multi floor, then the scanrio can change.

Dear Sir

Well, this is impossible. Phycially impossible.

Cisco has new AP models with tri-radio option (9130AX and 9136AX) which can reduce the number of APs in high density areas. But for 500 users you'll definetely need more than 2 APs and also a controller (9800 series controller or the Mobility express option) depending on the usage.
You also have the Cloud based Meraki option which doesn't need any physical controller but the renewable subscription.
Again, this depends on your usage requirement and the area size which need to be covered. In your case, you should consult a professional and get a survey done as many people recommended. Otherwize no point if placing just few APs with high Tx power configured.

Thank you for your advise
Please can tell me the maximum user supported for one device 9136AX

The maximum device account for ANY access point depend on the load, I mean, if the devices are heavely forwarding traffic, or using near real-time applications (Teams, Zoom, voice) then the capacity decreases if you want to keep a god quality of experience. Take into consideration that is not only the load in your AP and channel, but the load of all neighbour APs on the same channel.
As previously said in this thread by all professional people, 1 or 2 APs in your case is not going to be enough, and you need to conduct a WLAN survey.
OR you can roll the dice and pick whatever number and model of APs and place them in whatever location, and see what happen, at the end, it's wireless and all people can see the SSID and connect so where is the problem?

You come here to ask experts for their advice and then choose to ignore it?
If you want a decent service then have it done by an experienced professional who understands wireless network design, otherwise don't do it at all because the service will be DREADFUL if it even works at all.

@JPavonM, @Rich R, @Flavio Miranda,
I am no longer participating in this thread. If the op wants to go down this path then it will be done so without my recommendation nor assistance.
