Some client cannot access internet via Guest ssid

Hi We have c9800 wlc. The issue we have is some client can access internet via guest ssid, but other cannot, and even cannot get ip address via guess ssid. Is this wireless issue or pc issue? Thank you

i would compare working vs not working, Drivers of Wifi adapater, what Frequency they are connecting ?

Also debug the Logs will help you.

Also provide what is the Auth mechanism configured for your Guest SSID? What clients are mostly impacted? What is the WLC platform and the Code?

Alternatively for testing purposes you can disable Auth and keep it open to try, so you can rule out any issues related to the auth
