Some clients can't see ssid

Hello,

I use Cisco AP 1260. But, I have a problem. Some clients and Androids phones can't see ssids.

I configured two ssids, one of ssids is wep protocol and guest wireless and other is radius authentication.

Working 50 poeple in our office buy, 4 client can't see these two ssid.

One of client xp and other clients are windows 7. How can I do ? why can't 4 celint see ssid ?

Taking a stab here but if you have 50+ clients working that tells me to look at the 4 clients.

Do the 4 clients see ANY wireless anywhere not just your 2 ssid's?

Are the radios turned on?

Do the 4 clients support the radio frequencies being used (2.4 & or 5ghz)?

How far are these 4 devices from the AP, Have you tried moving these clients closer or farther from the AP?

Since these 4 clients are all windows, does your domain push out a policy that is restricting the wireless or those user accounts from certain functionality?

Have you tried logging into the clients with an admin account to verify the above?
