Some user cannot pass authentication

Hi Guest users access wifi network via Guest ssid in WLC5520/AP3802. In page Monitor ---> Client ---> column Auth, some user passed auth, and other No, What reason can cause the issue? Please see the below. Thank you

Then user trying to getting authenticated you see that message, number of reasons, you can take the mac address and look what authenticaiton use you to check on the radius.

that could be number of reasons - if that is small number ignore if that very large then investigate. if you click on the left MAC address give you more information to investigate.
