SSID Stops working randomly

I have two Cisco Aironet 1815I running mobility express. I've created two SSIDs, one for guests and one for employees. I've seperated them in AP groups so one AP is responsible for Guests and one for Employees. The controller is running on the AP with the SSID for employees, and the second AP is just a normal AP. The problem i'm experiencing is that the guest SSID sometimes doesnt let users connect at all.  You get an error saying "Cant connect to this network". if I make a change on that WLAN (like changing channels) I can connect, and I also can connect when I changed the security to OPEN. 

 

If I connect with my computer A and it works, I cant connect with computer B and vice versa. Even though same settings are applied on the employee wlan which works fine all the time. The devices are running 8.7 version and I'm out of ideas where to start troubleshooting.
