SSID Syslog messages

Hi

I have been tasked with looking at monitoring and creating monthly reports for a guest SSID. I was looking at if it is possible to send syslog messages to SolarWinds on our Guest SSID. At the moment I just need to know if we lose the Guest SSID it will send the syslog message and once the Guest Wireless it comes back up it will send another syslog message to say it is back up.

I don't fully understand. Why do you want to loose the guest network?

Or do you want to create a report for the availability of the guest network? 

If yes, where is the guest-portal (assuming you have one) hosted?
