I can configure three SSID and three DHCP pool in my Cisco AP1200?

Three SSIDs: Yes
Three DHCP pools: No (at least none that I'm aware of)
DHCP from teh AP will only serve to the Native VLAN and the clients associating with the SSID assigned to that VLAN.
