Hi,
We have combination of 350 and 1200 APs in our wireless setup and we are using WPA with LEAP/PEAP with ACS 3.2. User authentication is via RADIUS and APs authentication is via TACACS+. Recently I've made few changes in APs which are:
1) Upgraded firmware to 12.3(7)JA
2) Moved from WEP to WPA
3) Implemented SSH/HTTPS
4) Also applied ACLs to deny any unauthorize access to APs coming from a/b/g radios.
Problem is that when I access features under "Security" tab in GUI of APs, most of the time Internet Explorer gives "Error on page" on the bottom left pane and I do not see configured items on "Encryption/SSID Manager".
Please let me know why is it happening.
Thanks

Check the configuration of the devices to verify that the Service Set Identifiers (SSIDs) match. If there is mismatch it may lead to disconnect the access point due to a mismatched SSID.

Hello,
I was told by a Cisco tech that if you had special characters in your SSID, when you go to upgrade the access point to another firmware, the SSID goes away. In your reply, you stated to check the SSIDs to see if they match. What is suppose to match with if you are just upgrading the AP?
Thanks

Did your problem ever get resolved ? This is happening to me too. I've tried numerous browser settings & even Firefox as a browser...no luck.
Thanks,
