Surface Pro 3 cannot connect to network

Hello,

We recently purchased 2 Cisco Aironet 700 series Access points and all other devices work ok to any of the antena's (2.4 or 5Ghz). However we have three Surface Pro 3 users and they cannot connect on any of them, getting error Cannot connet to network.

I did some research and found out that for some worked by changing the encryption from aes-ccm to TKIP and i did that change but without any result.

Anyone else can give me a solution to this issue?
