Synchronizing MSE with Prime in the absence of NTP

Hello Experts,

Is there any means to synchronize MSE with Prime even in the absence of NTP?

My network is likely to get introduced with NTP server little later in time, however needed to have the MSE synchronized with prime. Or Configuring NTP is a mandatory pre-requisite? 

My NMSP status is inactive for the same reason, wandering if there's any workaround to having NTP. 

Prime version 3.4. MSE: 8.0.150.0

You can use one of your router or switch as NTP server for the time being. See below
