TFTP Problems

Need help!! I am trying to download code to a 4404 controller running 5.2.193 to 7.0.98. I have done this numerous time with success. There are no firewalls involved, but I continue to get a code fail transfer failed: no reply from tftp server.

I have can ping my server, all setting are correct. I downloaded to another controller to make sure everything was correct. The only difference is the controller I am have problems with has FIP140-2 on it.   ANY SUGGESTIONS

Put the new firmware into a laptop and connect it to the service port.  That's another alternative.

Thanks.... for the suggestion. I forgot to mention that all the ports with the exception of the uplink ports have tamper tape covering them.

Are you using TFTPd32?

Yes & NO. I have tried tftpd32 when I had a 32bit processor Win-XP. I am now using tftpd64 with Win-7. I have also tried SolarWinds tftp server.
