setting up longest beacon interval in wireless controller

Hi,

I have CISCO AIR-WLC2125-K9 Wireless controller. I want to set longest beacon interval ot the WAP.

Kindly let me know how can I set up Beacon interval.

Hi Kumar,

GUI:

Wireless -> 802.11bgn / or 802.11an -> Network -> Beacon Period

CLI:

config {802.11a | 802.11b} beaconperiod time_unit

where time_unit is the beacon interval in time units (TUs). One TU is 1024 microseconds. You can configure the access point to send a beacon every 20 to 1000 milliseconds.
