The access point isn't downloading firmware from the TFTP server. The current firmware is corrupted, and I don't know how to restore it to a working state so it can communicate with the controller. Currently, the access point has corrupted firmware for standalone operation.

In case factory reset does not work, 1830 is still in hardware support period, so with limited lifetime warranty you can get an RMA from Cisco within 10 business days.
