The access point is not flashed.

The access point isn't downloading firmware from the TFTP server. The current firmware is corrupted, and I don't know how to restore it to a working state so it can communicate with the controller. Currently, the access point has corrupted firmware for standalone operation.

    - @schikannikov       Factory reset the access point and try to recover it from there :

In case factory reset does not work, 1830 is still in hardware support period, so with limited lifetime warranty you can get an RMA from Cisco within 10 business days.
