The issue of two-factor authentication

Hello! To provide secure access to the network via wireless network I am using Cisco Secure ACS 5.4 and Cisco Wireless Controller is there ways to provide two-factor authentication. More specifically, the certificate + password. Please give guide or examples to perform this task. Thank you!

The only two factor that can be done is with Cisco ISE and doing EAP-chaining which requires AnyConnect. Other than that, I don't think any other two factor will work.
