Hello.
For the past 2 weeks, my users have experienced spike issues in their wireless connection when using Zoom for online meetings.
I have checked the user and AP wifi logs but there is no problem, I have also tried changing the power level assignment in WLC for APs that are close to the user, but to no avail.
On the user's laptop, I have also changed the network aggressiveness so that it doesn't move between APs, but there are still no results.
btw, the AP uses the C9210AXI-F and WLC C9800 versions.
Is there any other solution?
Please help. Thank You.

- Have an overall checkup of the WLC C9800 configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the
output from that into : Wireless Config Analyzer
In the resulting Excell review all outputs , especially from the Wlc-checkresults tab , and the RF tab
- Consider using 17.9.5 , especially if you are currently on a (very) old release or an already older release.
- Checkout these info's concerning QoS and optimizing video :

You know that Zoom depends on WAN and other people's infrastructure, and there's more chance of problems there than on your wifi network.
I wouldn't touch my wifi if everything was working fine before this 2 weeks event.

Zoom is video so it need QoS to run without jitter or delay
