Tried to login to router but got bad filename

Hi,

I am using Cisco Modem Router version WAG160N V2. After I changed from Ethernet to Wifi, my download speed dropped from 10m/s to nearly 1m/s. I did a google search and found firmware v2.00.20 caused the problem. They suggested to downgrade firmware to version v2.0017. I did a search and downloaded the file. However, after I tried to install the file, I got "400 Bad Request Bad filename." on 192.168.1.1, how can I fix the error? Gosh, I just want to have a faster internet speed.

This error message showed when a requested file is not available. Please cross verify that your TFTP is reachable and filename is correctly spelled.
