Two AP-1200 in bridge mode

I have two AP-1232AG. The "a" radios configured in "bridge" mode (root-bridge and non-root-bridge). I would like to manage non-root-bridge from root-bridge LAN port. It is possible ? The non-root-bridge IP address doesnt answer me (www browser). In the "repeater" mode everything is OK (I can manage repeater from LAN port AP-root)

I know atleast we can do it, but we have our AP-1231G configured as Root Bridge with clients and Non-Root Bridge with clients. We also use native vlan as infrastructure ssid. Are using IOS 12.3(7)JA.

We have had success managing access points in bridge mode, for what ever reason it seems to work best when we enable SSL (https) version of http managemant. Hope this helps.
