TWO VLANS

Hi Team, 

I have configured TWO VLANS for LAN and WIFI...

Wifi is configured and connected on ASA MaManagement port and wifi is working fine

we are not able to access from Wifi vlan to lan VLAN

Can any one help me to resolve the issue

Is your ASA in routed mode?
Do you allow the access in the policy? By default the ASA (like every other firewall) denies all traffic.

Can you please tell me what policy I want to write in ASA.

If possible please share me with example

I don't know your ASA configuration, but I suggest you read first the basics of how to use an ASA.

One thing to note, the ASA adds a "deny IP any any" to the end of every access-list, so you might want to have some permits before the (invisible) last line.
