Type of RAM in WLC 5508

Hi,

I have a spare Cisco WLC 5508 but someone changed RAM. Now I need to use it but during loading bootloader I get errors and it doesn't load the image. I open the box and saw 3 slots for DDR2 memory. One slot is empty. Two other DDRs are different. So what type of RAM used in WLC 5508?

This is not officially documented, as there never was a RAM upgrade for the 5508 available. 

I suggest checking the stickers on the modules and search the numbers on them or on the actual chips in google.
