Unable to change priority in WLC AAA Radius Server Group

I have an ISE-Cluster (acting as Radius-servers) and want to change the priority of the serves, so that blue has a higher priority as the green server (See Screenshot). In earlier versions of the WLC there buttons on the right side of Assigned Servers. I tried to unassign these servers and assign them other way arround, but this sorting is not persistent. Does this represent a priority at all?

I am running WLC 9800 CL 17.12.5.

            That being said it's probably best to fall back to the CLI for what you want to achieve,
            which is the core configuration tool for the 9800 (the GUI is only a 'wrapper')

            If you want to know where to start checkout : Find CLI commands executed by webinterface
                 It will give you a starting point to  switchover to the CLI afterwards!!
