Unable to connect to AP1200

hi

i have a cisco AP1200 series.

wireless NIc cards are from Lynksys WMP54GV4 but initially it came with a bad driver and i installed it but that failed cards are not taking the driver but when i installed there was no issue.

after that they gave me the original driver now the issue is operating system is Win XP proffessional

so it's not allowing to update the driver

please suggest a solution.
