Unable to create guest user on Prime Infrastructure 2.2

Hello.

After updating from Prime Infrastructure 2.0 to 2.2, I can't create guest user on our WLC through CPI anymore.

I always get the following error message(s):

"Error(s): You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

Error:Could not apply this guest user account as it may already exist on the controller(s). Please verify if controller(s) is reachable from PI and the selected profile exists on the controller(s) with Webauth enabled on it. Please send PI logs to the network administrator."

I checked if the user already exists, but it doen't and the chosen WLAN profile exists too.
The communication between CPI and WLC is correct as far as I can see.

Does anyone has an idea what else I can try?

Try two things

1.increase the snmp timeout for WLC

2. Restart PI ( if 1 doesn't help )

Increased the SNMP timeout to 30 seconds and restarted PI, but no change.

BTW, Synchronisation of WLC works fine.

I noticed something else: if I change an existing guest user in PI, I get the same error message, but after that, its credentials are changed in the PI web interface, but not on the WLC. The user ist marked as "modified" in PI.
