Hello, I have DNA-C version 2.3.5.5-70026. I'm trying to enable the AI-Enhanced RRM feature under Settings > External Services > Cisco AI Analytics, and I'm getting the following error - Unknown Error: An unexpected condition was encountered. Please try after the system is restored. See the following image from the error:
When I open Developer Tools in Google Chrome, I see that DNA-C is giving me an error that says:
{
"error": "'Endpoint Smart Grouping' cannot be enabled (no-switches-hubs-found), please refer to AI Analytics documentation for product enablement requirements"
}
This is an attachment from the image:
I can't find anything related to the error. I already configured the Wireless Radio Frequency Profile for AI and assigned it to the Network Profile, but I'm still having the error. Any help would be highly appreciated.
I have opened a TAC Case, but I've still had no luck.

Try unticking nable Endpoint Smart Grouping and just tick Enable AI Network Analytics and then Enable AI-Enhanced RRM
Most DNAC tac cases require BU involvement

Thanks for the trick. I didn't think about that. Enable Endpoint Smart Grouping is a feature that is only supported when you have Switches or Hubs managed by Cisco DNA Center, which is not our case.
Now, AI RRM is enabled:
Thanks a lot
