Unable to join AP to controller

Hi All,
I’m having a problem of joining new Aps( Ari-ap1242G-E-k9 ) to the following wireless LAN controller. WLC details as follows,
Model No - AIR-CT5508-K9
Software Version - 7.0.116.0
AP Model - ARI-AP1242G-E-K9
AP console logs attached in Error.jpg file

What is the full model of your wlc ? I notice that you have E country code access points.

check the country code.
Is the AP port on the correct VLAN?

Based on the ap model number you would need to download the lightweight AP software for them to join. Right now these AP's are autonomous!

Based on the ap model number you would need to download the lightweight AP software for them to join.
The WAP (attachment) is running controller-based IOS.

I should have looked at your attachment first sorry about that. Speaking of upgrades, have you considered upgrading the 5508 IOS? 7.2.111.3 has been out since September and may have a fix for the error you are running into.
Also someone ran into the same issue here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/335438
They fixed this by changing the country code of the AP to be the same as the WLC. 3 people confirmed this before I stopped reading this post.
