Unable to register 5520 WLC with Cisco Smart Licensing

Hello ALL,

I have configured my Cisco 5520 running 8.10.122.0 to use Smart Licensing.  Cisco Licensing has created the license for the 5520 but when I try to register the 5520 it always fails.  I am using the correct token id from Smart licensing portal but I get the following when I try to register.

Smart Licensing is ENABLED

Utility:

  Status: DISABLED

Data Privacy:

  Sending Hostname: yes

    Callhome hostname privacy: DISABLED

    Smart Licensing hostname privacy: DISABLED

  Version privacy: DISABLED

Transport:

  Type: Callhome

Registration:

  Status: REGISTERING - REGISTRATION IN PROGRESS

  Export-Controlled Functionality: NOT ALLOWED

  Initial Registration: FAILED on Jun 24 2020 18:01:48 BST

    Failure reason: Fail to send out Call Home HTTP message.

  Next Registration Attempt: Jun 24 2020 18:18:59 BST

License Authorization:

  Status: No Licenses in Use

Export Authorization Key:

  Features Authorized:

    <none>

Can you try this command:

config call-home http-proxy ipaddr 0.0.0.0

Info: This command is used to reset the http proxy settings

Hello ,

It's worked after put this commande : config call-home http-proxy ipaddr 0.0.0.0

and put the name of controller in the page call home configuration

Go through the guide again and put the correct DNS server IP (Enter the DNS server IP address that will be used to resolve the Smart License and Smart call-home URLs in the call-home profile) and token ID.
