Hi
I would try to use a DHCP server instead putting the IP address on the Access Point, as you were doing before. You can setup a DHCP server on your Windows PC or better yet on the switch, in case you are using one.
Hopefully you are not plugging the AP on the laptop directly. I dont believe it will work.

oh yes i'm connecting my AP by ethernet cable to my laptop ( so they can be on local network )
(RNAQ-C7) # printenv
BOOT=part1
boot=part2
bootcmd=nandboot
bootdelay=5
bootfile=part.bin
ethact=eth0
ipaddr=192.168.1.1
machid=1260
serverip=192.168.1.254
stderr=serial
stdin=serial
stdout=serial
should i unplug the ethernet cable and retry ( i don't have a switch for dhcp ) ?
and the sh flash gibe this output :
sh flash

For the connection I believe it does work. It crossed my mind that the cable could be cross-over instead straightforward but I reminded I used to run a WLC in my PC and I connect one AP directly to it.
About the DHCP server, as I suggested, you can install on the Windows machine. I believe this can be an attempt as you are facing difficult to have connectivity with the AP.

it didnt work when i plugged the AP directly to my laptop , should have to pass by a switch to perform the connectivity .
Thank you Flavio for your support !!

Glad it works
I beleive is possible connect the AP directly to the PC but you need to do some changes on the PC. Not all PC supports. If I recall, I had to put the interface in bridge mode.
